Terms & Conditions
To book an Inital appointment a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance to be paid on the day of the appointment with cash, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. To receive a refund of your deposit in case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment Options
We accept various payment methods: cash, contactless Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate other clients, please inform Reading Footcare of any changes by calling 07980 983 255 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment fee will apply.
